Biblical MESSAGE? Denzel Washington left CRYING after encounter ‘with ANGEL’

DENZEL Washington says he was left terrified after he came face-to-face with an angel, it has been revealed in a bombshell documentary.

According to the Bible, angels were the messengers of God. Though there has been some disagreement over the physical appearance of them, Christians generally accept they are spiritual beings intermediate between God and men. The New Testament includes many interactions, including the presence of angels at the birth of Jesus Christ as well as his resurrection.

According to Matthew 4:11, after Jesus spent 40 days in the desert, "the devil left him and, behold, angels came and ministered to him."

Over the years many people have claimed they had interactions with angels, most notably during a near-death experience.

The 63-year-old actor claims he had an experience so strong while at church, it shook him to the core.

The minister was preaching, ‘Just let it go.’ I said, ‘I’m going to go with it,'” he revealed.

“And I had this tremendous physical and spiritual experience. It did frighten me. I was slobbering, crying, sweating. My cheeks blew up. I was purging.”

The emotional encounter with God's apparent presence overwhelmed Washington, the son of a Pentecostal preacher, who thought they may have been sent to warn him of his sins.
