30 day challange June 1st - June 30th
OK - just a brief note
For anyone wanting to start this, you need to be introduced to the wonderful Esther Hicks, her lovely late husband Jerry (jerry we miss you)
and the clear stream of positive thought - ABRAHAM.

In my research of how to do this experiment, some wonderful person has already posted a 30 day workbook online. Rather than reinventing the perfectly good wheel I'll post it day by day on here and I'll mix in some daily quotes and affirmations. Most will be abraham hicks, some will be Louise L Hay & some Wayne Dyer.

If you can I would read up to day 2. that way you'll know what to expect when it comes to day 1.

Things you will need,
- a meditation cd/piece of music or your own version of meditating. Some people prefer to meditate to just their own breathing. What ever works for you. I have managed to get the Esther Hicks meditation CD.

- a note book - to record all your postive aspects and we will have some excersizes to do as well.

- a shoe box or equivilant. Its for collecting all the things you want in your dream world - like a picture of the new kitchen, new car, ect. Its called THE MAGICAL CREATION BOX, because everything in this was exists for you and you will draw it in. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SU8gs04mtA8

Ah don't worry. I shall explain. I have been reading this workshop book and I think it might be too much to ask people to do in 30 days. Feel free to do it all if you want to, but I'll try and make it easier.

The placemat process
you get a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle. On the left you write Things I intend to do today and on the right hand side things for the universe to do. So on the right hand side you right all your jobs that you have to do for that day i.e walk the dog, make the tea, write a presentation and the universe helps you to align to help you complete the jobs you want to complete.

I have never done it, but it sounds amazing.


Segment intending - This is where you break you day up into segments - you wake up (one segment) you go to shower ( another segment) etc . Now if the phone rings while you are in the shower or cooking the tea it can make you frustrated and overwhelmed if you are busy and cause a negative reaction. Segment intending it to briefly and quickly pre-pave what you want if the phone were to ring. You can leave go to answer phone so it doesn't alter your flow or if your expecting the call you quickly calm and visulise what you want from the call so again you don't lose your flow.

Remember to set your alarm clock a little earlier in the morning so you can do the morning excersises

Right tonight girls and boys as you snuggle in your bed, just relax your thoughts in to how much you are grateful for having a bed to sleep in, feel the apprciation of the covers that wrap around you, the comfort of your pillow how secure and grateful you feel for sleeping in a safe home. And then just become aware of your breathing, make delibrate deep breaths and slowly exhale. Just focus on your breathing - don't worry of your mind wonders, let it. And then gently pull it back to focus on your breathing. and gently you will falll asleep without focusing on anything other than gratitude and breathing and thats so powerful. During your slumber you'll let go of all your negative niggles that have been bothering you throughout the day. You will be one with who you truly are.

When you wake in the morning - again be grateful for your bed and how comfy it is and before you even open your eyes think of 3 things that you have gratitdue for. They don't have to be big things, it can be that you have clear water to wash your teeth, warm water to shower in, food in your fridge for breakfast. At this point I would do a meditation to set the tone of the day. Be sure to make sure you reset your alarm incase you fall asleep again

Choose for yourself one of the following affirmations

Peace begins with me. Louise L Hay

My Job Supports the fulfilment of my souls desires Louise L Hay

Today Only Good will come my way

Nothing in my world goes wrong.


Then spend 5 minutes doing the placemat excersie - what can you realistically get done today, what would you like to delegate to the universe, you can overlap the lists if you wish.

Your now ready to start your day.

Keep repeating the affrimation you have chosen.

DURING THE DAY

Become aware of anything that is bothering you - become your own vibration meter. write it down and how you are handling it.

DAY DREAM spend 30 seconds - 2 mins on a day dream where you are filled with joy. Imagine that date with the person you fancy, imagine going on holiday...only put joyous thoughts in your daydream. you are the writer, the actor, the director. You can be all you want in the daydream, make sure you see things through your eyes, pay attention to detail and leave before your rational mind takes over and tells you can't have it. (your rational mind might be feel neglected in this next 30 days. )

Before you go to bed write a list of all the good things you liked in the day and why you enjoyed them
Then write a list of what you liked most about yourself today, and then your collegus, your family, your pets.

ANd repeat the night time exersise this time saying to yourself

"I beleive I will dream tonight, I will manifest while I sleep - so to speak, and if there is anything significant I intend to recall it when I wake. When you wake on Day 2 see if you can rememeber the dream and write it in a journal.

One thing I forgot to mention. On your note books that you will record all the postive things about your day write

MY BOOK OF POSITIVE ASPECTS.

I suddenly have a friend staying over striaght from work tomorrow, so she will just have to join in the fun.

It's amazing Dream Catcher, it helps you release all the negativity and all the challanges. I'm glad that your enjoying it. I'll post some more videos soon.
What I find amazing is if you type Abraham Hicks into youtube and randomnly choose a video to watch from the massive amount thats on there, you usually find she answers your question. Try it. Smile
